Whenever you buy an expensive used vehicle, anxiety and concerns run high. This is particularly the case when you trust and buy a vehicle from out-of-State, 600 miles away. Nick and the "Lot Two Crew" made my purchase seamless and did everything possible to prep my EV before I arrived. (including a full battery charge to get me on my way.) Kudos to Nick who stayed late, bending over backwards using my limited hours in Conway to complete the sale. The key to a flawless purchase is always clear and open communications between buyer and seller. Thanks Nick & Crew!

Me and my wife recently purchased a 2023 Jeep Gladiator from Nick at Conway Ford Lot 2. It was the best experience we’ve had buying a vehicle. I searched all over for the car I wanted and stumbled upon it online. After submitting an inquiry, Nicholas contacted me almost immediately. He promptly answered all of my questions, took and sent SO MANY pictures of the car (as I would be traveling a significant distance, I needed to be sure about this car!). In each step of the process, he told me all of my options, was never pushy, acted professionally but was also personable. Everything was ready at the dealership for us to simply sign and leave as we had already reviewed everything over the phone. He even came to pick us up at the airport when we flew down to get the car and then made recommendations for places to stay and places to eat as we decided to stay for a few days. I would definitely recommend doing business with him - this was, by far, the least painful vehicle buying experience I've ever had.

After searching in town for a used bronco that had all the options I wanted, I decided to take the leap and was willing to travel for the right one. Conway Ford had the one I wanted listed on their website. I sent an email inquiring about availability. Nicholas Lopes contacted me a short time later and confirmed the vehicle was available. I set up an appointment to drive down and check it out. I little while later I received a text with short walk around videos of the vehicle. My wife and I drove down yesterday morning and the vehicle was exactly what I was looking for. Nicholas told me he was going to make a deal I couldn't refuse and I would take it home with me. There was absolutely no hangling over price, no time wasting nonsense on my trade in value or financing details. Nicholas handled every aspect of the purchase, from showing us the vehicle, working out the financing and actually cleaning the car before delivery. Nicholas indeed made me a deal I couldn't refuse and I did take the bronco home with me. It was nice leaving a car purchase without feeling regret or was taken advantage of. Next vehicle purchase I make, I will be calling Nichlas and recommend everyone else do the same. Thanks Nick!

I must say that working with this dealership has been SOOO much smoother than my expectations, The personal attention and understanding of my wants and needs were unsurpassed by the sales professional and follow up personnel, i.e. Nick! I have had sales experience with cut-away chassis and completed commercial Ford products in the past and I would hope that my employees treated my clients as well as I was treated here at Conway. All though this transaction was complete 535 miles away it was completed remotely in roughly 5 hours thanks to the energetic responses from the Manager (Nick L). Quick photo requests, options, financing and delivery. Not to mention the quality of the service and transporting of my new vehicle procured from Conway Ford. My family is looking forward to having a great time on the beaches in Florida.

I went to the dealership after I got off work just to look at a particular pickup I saw online. I was met by Nick Lopes who is a one man show at this lot. Let me say, this experience was far from your old school sales pitch. Right away, I could tell Nick was a genuine guy. He provided me with knowledge of the truck as well as taking time to answer all my questions without trying to coerce me to buy. I did not feel the "sharky" atmosphere that is typically felt when you walk into a dealership which I was thankful for. The condition of this pickup was better than I anticipated and was priced fairly in my opinion, so I chose to finalize a trade in deal. I felt comfortable with the allowance I was given as well! Nick stayed late with me until around 9:30 to make sure this was settled completely. Everything about this process was seamless and thorough. I left with a new car, and was more than pleased with the entire process. Still doesn't feel real. Thanks Nick!
